Versamax IC200ERM002 Expansion Receiver Module GE FANUC
Description
The Versamax IC200ERM002 Expansion Receiver Module is a non-isolated expansion receiver module designed to enhance the functionality of Versamax PLC or I/O output stations by increasing the number of connectable modules. It supports a maximum capacity of 7 racks, with up to 8 modules per rack, enabling flexible scaling for larger industrial applications. Equipped with two 26-pin D-shell expansion female ports, it facilitates reliable physical connections for system expansion.
Key technical specifications include selectable data transfer rates of 2.765 Mbps or 5 Mbps, depending on the implementation. The module operates with backplane voltages of 3.3 volts, 5 volts, or 20.3 volts, with corresponding current consumption ratings: 70 mA at 5 volts, 3 mA at 20.3 volts. It requires an external power supply to power all connected devices, with additional power or booster carriers to be linked to the main power source.
Featuring 3 onboard LED indicators, it provides real-time status monitoring for power, expansion bus communication, and CPU/NIU scanning of I/O racks. The module can be deployed in single-end or multi-rack Versamax I/O expansion systems, with cable length limits of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for single-rack setups and 50 feet (15 meters) for multi-rack configurations to maintain signal integrity.
