The General Electric Multilin UR8HH (UR-8HH) CT/VT Module encompasses multiple configurable industrial automation variants, each tailored for distinct operational needs. As a collaborative robot, it features 6 degrees of freedom, a maximum payload of 8 kg, maximum reach of 1300 mm, repeatability of ±0.03 mm, and a top programmable speed of 1.25 m/s; it includes safety functions like collision detection and force limiting, supports intuitive programming with dedicated software tools, and integrates with external devices, suitable for pick-and-place, assembly, welding, sanding, and palletizing applications. As a multifunctional I/O module, it integrates digital and analog input/output, offers flexible I/O configuration, uses industrial-grade construction for harsh environments, supports multiple communication protocols, and enables modular expansion and maintenance, ideal for industrial process control, machine automation, HVAC and lighting control in building automation, and data acquisition systems.
