The Series 90-30 IC693CPU374 is a high-performance central processing unit (CPU) module for programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. Powered by an AMD SC250 32-bit RISC processor running at 133MHz, it delivers fast processing with a scan cycle of 0.15 milliseconds per 1K logic, suitable for complex control logic and data processing tasks. It features 240KB user program memory, plus 2MB RAM and 2MB FlashROM for reliable data and program storage, with configurable register memory ranging from 128 to 32640 words, and support for up to 2000 timers and counters.
