General Electric | DS200TCQBG1BCB | RST Extended Analog I/O Board
Description
DS200TCQBG1BCB is an RST Extended Analog I/O Board from the Mark V Series, designed for gas turbine control systems. Its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards installed on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3. Supported signal types include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. The board features dedicated connectivity: a 3PL connector writes selected signals to the STCA board, while a JE connector sends and receives generator and line signals to and from the TCQC board. It also works in conjunction with complementary boards, such as the TCQA board which scales and conditions 4-20 mA input signals like compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure signals. Power is distributed to relevant components via the TCPS board through the 2PL interface, and a 3PL data bus connects to the STCA, TCQA, and TCQE boards in the core, transmitting conditioned signals to the COREBUS. Key technical parameters include a 24V operating voltage and 125Hz output frequency, and it is manufactured to support reliable operation in gas turbine control environments.
