IS200TREGH1BDB | GE FANUC Turbine Emergency Trip Terminal Board
Description
The IS200TREGH1BDB is a critical turbine emergency trip terminal board for the GE Mark VI control system, designed to deliver reliable emergency protection for turbines in power plants and industrial turbine applications. Key functions include powering three emergency trip solenoids managed by an I/O controller, and executing emergency overspeed protection and emergency stop operations. Equipped with 12 relays, 9 of which form three sets of three voting inputs to control the three trip solenoids, it ensures precise, redundant protection triggering. It supports simplex, dual, and triple redundant systems, and provides redundant power for status feedback circuits as well as power for energy-saving relays. Technical specifications include 6 channels, a 200-250Vac power supply, a bus voltage range of 70 to 145Vdc, and an operating temperature range of 0 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius. Constructed with a multi-layer PCB populated with SMD components and detachable connectors, it measures approximately 17.8 cm wide by 33.02 cm. Connection features include a cable with a molded plug for linking to PPRO modules, one I/O terminal block for direct connection to three trip solenoids, energy-saving resistors, and emergency stops, a second terminal block for up to seven trip interlock connections, and a third cable to transmit trip signals from J1 to the TSVO terminal board in simplex systems.
