DS200TCPSG1ARE | General Electric | DC Power Supply Input Board
Description
DS200TCPSG1ARE is an analog I/O board from the Mark V series, designed for gas turbine control systems. As a DC power supply input board, its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards installed on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3 (TCQA). Supported signal types include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, as well as generator and line signals. It also processes specific 4-20 mA input signals such as compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure signals. The board uses multiple dedicated connectors for signal and power transmission: 2PL connector distributes power to related cores, while 3PL serves as a data bus connecting STCA, TCQA, and TCQE boards in the core, transmitting conditioned signals to COREBUS. JA connector on TBQA board carries thermocouple inputs and cold junction compensation; JB handles 4-20 mA I/O signals to and from JBR terminal on TBQC; JD sends trip signals to TCTG board; JE transmits pulse, generator, line, relay driver, and servo valve signals to and from TCQC; JF receives LVDT/LVDR position inputs from JFR on TBQC; JG supports +/-10 V DC inputs and vibration inputs from JGR on TBQB.
