General Electric | DS200TCQCG1BHF | Analog I/O Expander Board
Description
The DS200TCQCG1BHF Analog I/O Expander Board is part of the Mark V series, designed for use in gas turbine control systems. Its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards mounted on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3 (TCQA). Supported signal types include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs and outputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. The board features dedicated connections for interboard communication: partial signals are written to the STCA board via a 3PL connection, while a JE connection enables transmission and reception of generator and line signals with the TCQC board. It works with the TCQA board, which scales and conditions 4-20 mA input signals for applications such as compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure monitoring. Configurable hardware jumpers provide flexible operation: J1 and J2 select mA output circuits, J5 and J6 set mA output current ranges to either 20 mA or 200 mA, J7 supports card testing via an RS232 port, and J8 activates the oscillator. Jumper settings can be referenced in Appendix A and the operator interface hardware jumper panel.
