DS200TCPSG1AME | GE Fanuc | Power Supply Board
Description
DS200TCPSG1AME is an RST analog I/O board from the GE Fanuc Mark V series, designed specifically for gas turbine control systems. Its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards installed on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3. Supported signal types include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. Key connector functions enable seamless signal management: power is distributed to the board via the 2PL connector; the 3PL data bus connects to STCA, TCQA, and TCQE boards in the core to transmit conditioned signals to the COREBUS; the JA connector carries thermocouple inputs and cold junction compensation from the TBQA terminal board; JB handles 4-20 mA I/O signals linked to the TBQC terminal board’s JBR connector; JD is reserved for transmitting trip signals to the TCTG board; JE transfers pulse, generator, and line signals to and from the TCQC board, and carries power monitor inputs; JF receives LVDT/LVDR position inputs from the TBQC terminal board’s JFR connector; and JG supports +/-10 V DC inputs and vibration inputs from the TBQB terminal board’s JGR connector. This board is engineered to support critical gas turbine control operations, including conditioning signals for compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure monitoring.
