Description
The GE FANUC IS220PAICH1 Controller is an RST analog I/O board belonging to the Mark V series, designed specifically for gas turbine control systems. This board provides precise scaling and conditioning for a wide range of analog and mixed signals, including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. It features dedicated connectivity: select signals are routed to STCA boards via 3PL connectors, while JE connectors facilitate transmission and reception of generator and line signals with TCQC boards. It also conditions critical 4-20 mA input signals such as compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure signals. Variants of this product include the IS220PAICH1A, which operates at 27.4 VDC minimum, 28.0 VDC nominal, and 28.6 VDC maximum; the base IS220PAICH1, rated for 220 V with 50 Hz output frequency; and the IS220PAICH1A/IO and IS220PAICH1B, which run on 24 V with 125 Hz output frequency. The IS220PAICH1A variant is approved for use in both hazardous and non-hazardous locations, with front-panel indicators and an integrated I/O port for signal access.
