Description

The AAI543-S50 is a Yokogawa analog output module designed for use in industrial automation systems. This high-performance module features 16 independent channels, each supporting a 4 to 20 mA current output signal for reliable analog signal transmission to field devices. It is equipped with built-in isolation functionality, which enhances signal transmission safety and reliability by preventing interference between channels and external systems.

The module supports flexible installation, compatible with local node units on the ESB bus such as ANB10S and ANB10D, as well as remote nodes on the ER bus. It offers redundant configuration capabilities with standard switch response (non-explosion-proof), allowing users to implement dual redundancy by deploying two identical modules with matching suffix codes. As a -S series standard model, it is part of a product line that includes -H series variants with HART protocol digital communication support. Optional configuration codes are available for customized connectivity, such as /K4A00KS for use with the ATK4A-00 cable interface adapter (to connect to AEA4D terminal boards) and /A4S00 for ATA4S-00 pressure clamp terminals, enabling seamless integration into diverse industrial control setups.
