YOKOGAWA BT200-N00 Brain Terminal
Description
The YOKOGAWA BT200-N00 Brain Terminal is a portable handheld intelligent terminal and communicator designed for use with devices that support BRAIN communication protocol, including various Yokogawa field instruments such as flowmeters and pressure transmitters. Its compact dimensions measure 228×110×51mm (9.0×4.3×2.0 inches), with a total weight of 510g (1.12 lb), making it easy to carry and operate in field environments.
Equipped with a 21-character × 8-line dot matrix LCD display and a control panel featuring 4 function keys, 20 operation keys, and 1 power switch, the terminal enables intuitive parameter management: it can set, modify, and display various device parameters, and supports constant current output and zero adjustment functions. Key additional features include batch data transfer to and from connected devices, password-protected parameter settings to prevent unauthorized changes, a low battery alarm displayed on the LCD, automatic power-off after 5 minutes of inactivity, and adjustable LCD contrast.
Technical specifications include a compatible load resistance range of 250 to 600 ohms (including cable resistance), maximum load capacitance of 0.22 microfarads, maximum load inductance of 3.3 mH, and a recommended minimum distance of 15 cm from power lines to avoid interference. Powered by 5 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries, it supports uninterrupted communication that does not disrupt 4-20mA DC signals on the communication line.
