Description

The YOKOGAWA FU20-05-T1-NPT/NSS Wide Body Sensor is a robust, chemically resistant measurement device with a 26mm diameter, housed in a durable PPS 40GF body that accommodates four independent measurement elements. It features an integrated industrial 3/4″ tapered thread for simple installation, and includes temperature fluctuation compensation to extend sensor service life. This sensor delivers accurate, reliable pH or oxidation-reduction (ORP) measurements, with the capability to measure both parameters simultaneously. An integrated Pt1000 temperature element enhances measurement precision, while its large-volume gel electrolyte and double-contact reference system slow consumption and failure, further prolonging operational life. Standard models use the PPS 40GF body, while an FTD version with a PVDF body is available for special applications such as strong acidic environments. Ideal for use in chemical, biotech, steel/metal, and electrical industries, it is designed for 90% of common measurement applications, offering a cost-effective, high-performance solution for general process monitoring needs.
