Description
The YOKOGAWA FU20-10-T1-NPT pH/ORP Sensor is an integrated dual-measurement device designed for accurate liquid analysis. It supports simultaneous pH and ORP measurements, with a built-in IEC 751 Pt1000 temperature element that enables precise temperature compensation to enhance measurement accuracy. Constructed with a RytonTM (PPS 40GF) housing with glass filler, solid silver ground terminal, and no O-rings, it features a porous PTFE reference liquid junction and 4-core premium coaxial cable for reliable signal transmission. Key performance parameters at 25 degrees Celsius include an isoelectric point of pH7, saturated KCL-containing Ag/AgCL reference system, glass impedance of 350MΩ (dome type) or 750MΩ (flat type), liquid junction resistance of 0.5-5kΩ, asymmetry potential below 15mv, and a slope exceeding 96% of theoretical value. Equipped with dual wetted parts, a long diffusion path, large-capacity polymer electrolyte, and PTFE microporous membrane, it effectively prevents reference system contamination and extends service life. The sensor uses glass/platinum electrodes for solution grounding or ORP measurement, and its user-friendly design simplifies maintenance. Available cable lengths include 33m, 55m, 1010m, and 2020m, with a 3/4 NPT (male) mounting thread for flexible installation via direct pipe insertion, submersion, or offline setup. It is ideal for applications such as wastewater treatment, water supply facilities, and pH control systems.
