Description

The YOKOGAWA F3NC34-0N Positioning Module is a high-performance pulse-output positioning module designed for the FA-M3 series controller platform. It features 4-axis control capability, with pulse output reaching up to 5 Mpps to support high-speed positioning tasks. The module offers versatile motion control functions, including PTP (Point-to-Point) positioning and linear, circular, and helical interpolation, enabling complex path control for precision industrial applications. It supports both direct and mode operation methods, providing flexible control options for different system requirements. Equipped with 4-channel ABS encoder input counters, it can accurately track position feedback from external encoders. Built on the FA-M3 series’ high-speed IPRS (Instruction, Processing, Response, and Scan) design concept, it leverages Yokogawa’s Vitesse Engine and Parallel Instruction Processing System (PIPS) technologies. The Vitesse Engine delivers ultra-high ladder logic processing performance, while the PIPS enables fast, stable control for high-quality production. The enhanced high-speed IPRS design achieves four-times faster high-speed instruction execution and processing, making it suitable for demanding industrial automation scenarios that require precise, rapid motion control.
