YOKOGAWA ADM12C Contact Input Module
Description
The YOKOGAWA ADM12C is a 32-point connector-type contact input module, part of YOKOGAWA’s digital input/output module series. It supports two input signal types: for contact input, OFF signals require 100kΩ or higher resistance, while ON signals require 200Ω or lower resistance; for voltage input, OFF signals range from 4.5 to 25V DC, and ON signals are ±1V DC with 200Ω or lower resistance. Key electrical ratings include 5V DC, 20mA or higher for external contact standards, a minimum pulse width of 40 milliseconds, a maximum pulse cycle of 10 Hz, and a maximum current consumption of 600 mA at 5.0V DC. The module integrates practical functions, including ON/OFF status detection for state inputs and button input detection. Designed for industrial control systems, it installs into an I/O module nest using M4 screws, and connects via KS2 or KS3 cables from the I/O module nest end, KS9 or KS10 cables, and TE16 or TE32 terminal boards, enabling reliable integration into distributed control system architectures.
