Description

The YOKOGAWA UT150-AN/AL/RS Temperature Controller is a compact, versatile 1/16 DIN temperature regulator designed for space-constrained industrial applications. It features a small footprint with dimensions of 48W x 48H x 100D mm, and its dust-tight, drip-proof panel meets the IP65 protection standard for reliable operation in harsh environments. A large 4-digit LED display provides clear, easy-to-read real-time temperature data. This controller supports universal input for thermocouples, RTD, and DC mV/V signals, making it compatible with a wide range of temperature sensing devices. Standard functions include dynamic auto-tuning and the “SUPER” overshoot suppression feature, ensuring precise and stable temperature control. Optional features include heating/cooling regulation, measured value (PV) retransmission, timer functionality, heater break alarm, and dual alarm output relays. It comes with a standard universal power supply of 100V to 240V AC, with an optional 24V AC/DC power supply available. The /RS suffix model adds RS485 communication capability, supporting MODBUS, PC-Link, and Ladder protocols for seamless integration with industrial control systems. Control output options include relay contact output, voltage pulse output, and 4-20mA output, while the /AL suffix model provides 2-point alarm outputs, allowing customization to match specific application requirements.
