FC-QPP-0001 | Honeywell SM Controller is a core processor module for the Honeywell SM system, positioned to the left of the Control Processor (CP). As a critical component of the system, it performs four key core functions: executing continuous cycle operations to read input signals, running functional logic programs, writing output signals to output cards, and conducting ongoing system hardware tests to ensure safe and reliable control operations. This module is part of the 3500 series, with order number and material code DI814. It operates at a working voltage of 220 and an output frequency of 50, and holds product certification DI814. Designed for industrial automation applications, it supports redundant controller and redundant I/O system architectures, making it suitable for use in demanding industrial environments that require stable, secure control, such as oil refining, petrochemical, power generation, and paper processing facilities. A variant model, FC-QPP-0001,CC V1.4, is also available as an expansion module for extended system functionality.
