Description

The HONEYWELL FC-RUSIO-3224 Remote Universal Safe I/O Module is a modular component designed for industrial automation and safety control systems. It features 32 configurable I/O channels that can be set as digital input, digital output, analog input, or analog output; specific configurations include up to 32 analog input channels and up to 32 analog output channels, plus up to 32 digital input channels (with or without line monitoring) and configurable digital outputs. All analog I/O supports voltage and current signals, with high-precision AD/DA converters ensuring accurate signal collection and output, while digital channels use photoelectric isolation technology to block electrical interference between field devices and control systems.

Equipped with multi-protocol communication support, the module works with EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP/RTU for seamless data exchange and remote monitoring with other industrial devices. It also includes built-in remote monitoring and diagnostic functions, enabling remote configuration and issue detection via host computer software.
