BENTLY NEVADA 330101-00-24-05-02-05 3300 XL 8mm Proximity Probes
Description
BENTLY NEVADA 330101-00-24-05-02-05 is a 3300 XL 8mm Proximity Probe, an eddy current sensor designed for rotating machinery condition monitoring. Operating on the principle of gap change between the probe tip and measured object, it detects dynamic vibration and static displacement, with measurements displayed in micrometers (um) and installed in X/Y orientations. Key technical specifications include a 2mm linear range, 0-10kHz frequency response, and 7.87V/mm sensitivity. As part of the 3300 XL system, it works with extension cables and preamplifiers to monitor parameters including shaft vibration, shaft displacement, key phase, rotational speed, and differential expansion. Built with a thick PPS plastic-encapsulated coil and robust large-diameter body, this probe resists mechanical damage, making it more durable than smaller 5mm alternatives. It is electrically and physically interchangeable with non-XL 3300 8mm components, and compatible with standard 3300 XL preamplifiers. Suitable for harsh industrial environments, it is commonly applied in power plants, steel mills, and chemical plants to monitor equipment such as steam turbines, fans, compressors, pumps, and motors.
