BENTLY NEVADA 330703-000-100-10-02-CN 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 330703-000-100-10-02-CN is a component of the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe eddy current sensor system, designed to replace the 7200 series 11 mm and 14 mm sensor systems. It delivers an output of 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil), and its 11 mm probe tip provides a larger linear range than the standard 3300 XL 8 mm sensor system, making it ideal for applications requiring extended linear measurement capabilities. Key applications include axial (thrust) displacement measurement, steam turbine slope differential expansion measurement, reciprocating compressor piston rod displacement or drop measurement, tachometer and zero speed measurement, and phase reference (key phase) signal detection. Available in multiple configurations, it offers thread options including metric, 1/2-20 UNF, M14×1.5, 5/8-18 UNF, and M16×1.5, with both armored and non-armored variants. The system features robust connection technologies: ClickLoc gold-plated copper connectors lock in place to prevent loosening, TipLoc molding technology ensures a secure bond between the probe tip and body, and CableLoc design for probe cable connections can withstand a 330 N (75 lb) pull force. A high-temperature range (ETR) version is available, with probe leads and connectors rated up to 260 degrees Celsius (500 degrees Fahrenheit), compatible with standard 3300 XL proximitors.
