BENTLY NEVADA 330780-51-05 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 330780-51-05 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor is an eddy current-based vibration monitoring device designed for large rotating equipment. As part of the 3300 XL 11 mm product line, it replaces the older 7200 series 11 mm and 14 mm sensor systems, offering enhanced performance for industrial condition monitoring. Key functions include non-contact measurement of rotor and casing vibration, velocity, acceleration, and displacement, with a measurement frequency range of 0 to 8 kHz. It supports typical applications such as radial vibration and displacement, axial displacement, key phase measurement, turbine differential expansion, reciprocating compressor rod displacement, and speed/zero speed monitoring.
This sensor features a 11 mm probe tip that provides a larger linear range compared to the standard 3300 XL 8 mm sensor system, with a sensitivity of 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) across its 4.0 mm linear operating range (from 0.5 mm to 4.5 mm from the target surface). It offers flexible installation options, including compact rail mounting and traditional panel mounting, with both mounting bases featuring electrical insulation that eliminates the need for separate insulation plates. The 3300 XL series also has strong radio interference resistance, reducing installation complexity. Ideal for harsh industrial environments, it is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical processing facilities.
