BENTLY NEVADA 133819-02 RTD/TC Temp I/O Module
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 133819-02 RTD/TC Temp I/O Module is a high-performance temperature input/output module designed to convert signals from RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) and TC (Thermocouple) sensors into analog voltage signals for industrial monitoring and control systems. As part of the Bently Nevada 3500 series, this module features 6 independent channels and supports a wide range of RTD and TC sensor types. Key technical specifications include a measurement accuracy of ±0.1% full scale, with broad temperature ranges: -200 degrees Celsius to 600 degrees Celsius for RTDs and -200 degrees Celsius to 1800 degrees Celsius for TCs. Equipped with a high-precision A/D converter, it delivers reliable, high-accuracy temperature readings, enhanced by automatic cold-end compensation and linearization processing for both RTD and TC signals to ensure consistent measurement precision even with fluctuating environmental conditions. The module also integrates comprehensive fault alarm functions, detecting open circuits, short circuits, overvoltage, and overcurrent events to protect system integrity. Suitable for harsh industrial environments, it operates at temperatures from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, with a humidity tolerance of 5 to 95% non-condensing, and runs on 24VDC power with a 47 to 63Hz output frequency. It is ideal for applications in process control, HVAC, power generation, and industries including oil and gas, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and metal processing.
