BENTLY NEVADA | 990-04-50-02-00 | Vibration Transmitter
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 990-04-50-02-00 Vibration Transmitter belongs to the 3300XL series. It is designed to convert vibration signals into proportional 4 to 20 mA output signals for equipment control systems, supporting unit protection, alarm, and logic control functions. With an induction range of 2mm, it accepts input from one non-contact 3300 NSv proximity probe and extension cable, and operates on a power supply of +12 to +35 Vdc at the transmitter terminal. Key features include high temperature resistance, a digital output type, and a signal fault circuit that prevents high output or false alarms. Its integrated preamplifier sensor eliminates the need for external devices, with non-isolated PROX OUT and COM terminals plus coaxial connectors, and non-interacting zero and span potentiometers with test input pins for quick loop signal verification. The rugged packaging is suitable for high humidity environments up to 100% condensation. Ideal for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and mechanical equipment monitoring, it is commonly used for shaft vibration monitoring of steam turbines, air compressors, small pumps, motors, and fans.
