Description

The BENTLY NEVADA 330780-90-05 3300XL 11mm Proximity Sensor is an eddy current proximity sensor designed for precision measurement applications, operating on a 24V DC power supply. As part of the 3300XL series, it is compatible with Extended Temperature Range (ETR) probe leads and extension cables, which can withstand temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius (500 degrees Fahrenheit) for use in environments where standard components would exceed 177 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit); ETR components are fully compatible with standard temperature range 3300XL system parts. The sensor’s proximitor is factory-calibrated for AISI4140 steel, with optional calibration available for alternative target materials upon request. The 3300XL series components offer electrical and physical interchangeability with non-XL 3300 5mm and 8mm proximity sensor systems, featuring matching 4-hole mounting patterns and space requirements. The probe incorporates robust design elements, including thick PPS plastic encapsulation for the coil and a large-diameter probe body to resist mechanical damage, ensuring durability in harsh industrial settings such as rotating machinery vibration or position monitoring.
