BENTLY NEVADA 2300/20-00 Vibration Monitor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 2300/20-00 Vibration Monitor is a compact, standalone dual-channel vibration monitoring transmitter designed for online vibration monitoring and protection of rotating machinery. It supports continuous condition monitoring and protection for low-to-mid critical machinery, suitable for use on machine trains or individual casings where sensor point count matches the monitor’s channel count and advanced signal processing is required.
Key features include two input channels compatible with a range of seismic or proximity sensors, such as 190501, 330500-02, 330400-02, and 3300XL series sensors, plus a speed input channel for time-synchronized measurements. It delivers core functions of vibration level monitoring and high-vibration alarm triggering, with two relay outputs with programmable setpoints. The unit also offers a configurable 4-20 mA output for multi-point connection to distributed control systems (DCS), and three buffered sensor outputs (including keyphasor signals) via BNC connectors, with built-in short-circuit and electromagnetic interference protection.
Ideal for broad industrial applications, including oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, pulp and paper, manufacturing, mining, and cement production, it monitors machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and motors to prevent unexpected catastrophic failures.
