Description

The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/05-01-02-00-00-00 System Rack is a core component of the 3500 series mechanical condition monitoring system, designed to house and manage 3500 series monitoring modules. It provides physical support, enables seamless inter-module communication, and distributes power to each installed module as needed. This rack features a modular design that allows flexible configuration of module combinations to meet diverse monitoring requirements, and it is fully compatible with all Bently Nevada 3500 series modules, including proximity eddy current sensors, velocity acceleration sensors, and composite sensors.

Available in full-size (19-inch EIA rack with 14 available module slots) and mini (12-inch rack with 7 available module slots) formats, it offers three installation options: panel mount, rack mount, and partition mount (partition mount is not available for the mini rack). Power and rack interface modules must be installed in the leftmost slot, with remaining slots open for other module combinations. For racks with internal safety barriers, a dedicated slot is required for the 3500/04-01 internal safety barrier grounding module to provide IS grounding connection. Note that the 3500/93 System Display A01 System Face Mount option is incompatible with the 3500/05 mini rack. Constructed with industrial-grade materials, it is rugged enough to withstand harsh industrial environments, ensuring reliable operation for continuous machinery condition monitoring.
