Description

The BENTLY NEVADA 330103-00-06-10-02-00 Proximity Probe is a high-performance non-contact displacement sensor designed for industrial rotating machinery monitoring. As part of the 3300 XL 8 mm proximity transducer system, it features a 50 mm probe diameter and a smooth 1.99-inch diameter side-exit housing (type 03), with a total length of 9.0 meters and unarmored high-temperature FluidLoc® coaxial cable (铠装选项 00). Constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel housing and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) probe tip material, it operates at continuous temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius and intermittent temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius, with a typical system linear range of 27.9 mm and a resolution of 6000. It holds multiple certifications including CSA, ATEX, and IECEx, depending on production batch. This probe is engineered to measure vibration, displacement, key phase, and rotational speed of bearing machinery, meets the API 670 standard, and is widely applied in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy industries and research institutions for condition monitoring of large rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, and gearboxes.
