BENTLY NEVADA 330103-00-10-10-02-CN Proximity Probe
Description
BENTLY NEVADA 330103-00-10-10-02-CN Proximity Probe is a high-performance component of the 3300 XL 8mm Eddy Current Sensor System, designed for industrial automation critical parameter monitoring. Operating on non-contact eddy current principles, it outputs a voltage signal proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the target metal conductor, enabling real-time, precise static (displacement) and dynamic (vibration) measurements. This probe is primarily engineered for oil film bearing machinery, supporting monitoring of shaft vibration, shaft displacement, key phase, and rotational speed.
Key features include compliance with the API 670 4th Edition standard, ensuring it meets strict industrial accuracy, reliability, and environmental adaptability requirements. Its probe coil is fully encapsulated in injection-molded PPS plastic at the tip, delivering exceptional durability, while the large-diameter probe body enhances mechanical stability to resist damage. The 3300 XL 8mm system components are electrically and physically interchangeable with non-XL 3300 5mm and 8mm components, offering flexible integration options. Ideal for use in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, and other heavy industries, it supports condition monitoring for large rotating equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, generators, and gearboxes to enable predictive maintenance and prevent unplanned downtime.
