Description
The HIMA HIMatrix F35 Safety-Related Controller is a high-performance, compact safety controller designed for small to mid-sized safety control systems, offering an optimal balance of cost-effectiveness and reliable performance. It is ideal for applications with limited input/output points, including small emergency shutdown systems (ESD), burner management systems (BMS), fire and gas detection (F&G) systems, turbine mechanical control (TMC), and high-integrity pressure protection systems (HIPPS), as well as subsea and general industrial process safety instrumented systems (SIS).
Key features include a modular, flexible design for easy configuration and maintenance, comprehensive self-diagnostic functions, and high anti-interference capability for stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It delivers exceptional processing speed with a response time significantly below 10 milliseconds. Technical specifications include 8/24 digital input channels, 8 digital output channels, 8 analog input channels, 2 100kHz counter inputs, and support for analog outputs in select models. It supports 100Base-TX Ethernet communication via the SafeEthernet protocol, plus FB interfaces for interaction with other safety devices.
