The 3000120-380 is a high-performance Enhanced Main Processor (EMP) designed for the Triconex Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) safety system. As the primary logic solver for the controller, this module executes complex safety algorithms and manages the synchronization of the entire system. Operating within a cluster of three identical processors, it independently executes the same control program while utilizing the proprietary TriBus inter-processor link to cross-check data and vote on every operation. This module is ideal for facilities managing SIL 3 rated protection loops where reliability is critical and the cost of a failed safety function or nuisance trip is unacceptable.
