Description

The Allen-Bradley 5069-L310ERMS2 Compact GuardLogix 5380 Safety Controller is a compact programmable automation controller (PAC) with integrated safety functionality, certified for Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 2 for non-fault-tolerant applications requiring this SIL rating. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it requires a 35 x 7.5 mm zinc-plated chromate steel DIN rail or EN50022-compliant DIN rail; plastic, low-conductivity, or corrosion-prone rails are not recommended, and a continuous ground connection for the rail is mandatory. It supports only horizontal installation and must be housed in an enclosure to protect against industrial contaminants like dust, dirt, grease, and corrosive gases, with an operating temperature range of 0 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius (32 F to 140 F).
