Description

The Schneider 140AVI03000 Modicon Analog Input Module is a high-performance component from the Modicon Quantum series, designed for industrial signal acquisition and process control. It features 8 channels that support a wide range of analog input signals, including unipolar voltage 0-5V/0-10V, unipolar current 0-20mA, bipolar voltage ±5V/±10V, and bipolar current ±20mA, with configurable ranges of -10V to +10V or 4mA to 20mA for flexible system integration. Equipped with 16-bit resolution and a high accuracy of ±0.05% full scale (or ±0.03% linearity error), it delivers precise data capture for critical industrial parameters like temperature, pressure, and flow.

This module includes a single-pole low-pass filter for signal stability, and has no channel isolation. It measures 90 x 30 x 25 millimeters, weighs 100 grams, and has an IP20 protection rating, suitable for indoor industrial cabinet installation. It operates in temperatures from -25 degrees Celsius to +55 degrees Celsius, with a storage temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius, and tolerates 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity. Fully compatible with Modicon Quantum, Premium, and M340 series PLCs, it converts analog signals to digital data for PLC processing, and is ideal for applications in power, metallurgy, chemical, transportation, building automation, and energy management systems.
