Description
The X20CM0985 is a multi-channel transmitter measurement and synchronization module, categorized as a digital/analog hybrid module for industrial automation. It features 10 analog inputs (AI) with 16-bit conversion resolution, capable of measuring ±415V/120V, plus 3 additional analog inputs with 16-bit resolution for ±5A/1A current measurements. For digital output, it provides 5 source-type digital outputs (DO) rated at 24VDC, 0.5A, along with 1 relay with a 0.5A rated current.
Designed for power monitoring and grid connection applications, the module can directly measure generator stator and grid-side three-phase voltages, and stator currents via current transformers. Its two synchronization mains ports monitor voltage, phase, and frequency values on grid and generator sides; when synchronization conditions are met, digital port DO4 sends a grid-connection pulse to trigger main circuit switch closing for power feeding to the grid. Each digital port has dedicated functions: DO1 acts as an output relay for fault response (e.g., overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent), DO2 outputs pulses for external energy metering, DO3 signals low grid current/voltage, and DO5/DO6 serve as general outputs. It supports three operating modes: sliding window synchronization, synchronization status monitoring, and low-voltage non-synchronization, with configurable parameters via an integrated development environment.
