The FS211/N Bachmann FASTBUS Module is a specialized module designed for remote device control and data transmission, engineered to support industrial automation applications requiring reliable long-distance connectivity. Key features include low signal delay for real-time performance, an integrated power supply capable of powering connected I/O modules, and built-in status displays for operational status (RUN/ERR) and fiber type identification. It is available in both master and slave configurations: master modules offer 1 or 2 fiber optic interfaces, while slave modules include 1 or 2 fiber optic interfaces with integrated power supply.
