5SHX2645L0004 3BHL000389P0104 ABB IGCT Power Module is an asymmetric integrated gate-commutated thyristor (IGCT) power module from ABB’s 5SHX series, combining the high blocking voltage of gate-turn-off thyristors (GTO) with the fast switching performance of IGBTs. It includes an IGCT and anti-parallel diode, uses press-pack packaging for double-sided heat dissipation, low thermal resistance, and high shock/vibration resistance, and is designed for high-power, high-reliability industrial and power electronic applications.
