ABB YPK 110E Bus Communication Slave Module
Description
The ABB YPK 110E Bus Communication Slave Module is an industrial control board module designed for industrial automation applications. It features multi-protocol communication compatibility, supporting PROFINET, Profibus DP, CANopen, Modbus TCP, EtherCAT, and ABB DrivesLink protocols, enabling direct connection to DCS systems such as the ABB AC 800M DCS in power plants and Siemens PCS7 systems in steel plants without requiring additional communication gateways, reducing system integration time. Equipped with dual hardware and software fault self-diagnosis functionality, the module uses dedicated indicator lights to alert users to issues including unstable power, communication interruptions, and parameter errors, facilitating quick troubleshooting and reducing maintenance time. Built with industrial-grade components, it operates reliably in environments with temperatures ranging from 0 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius and up to 95% humidity, with a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 200,000 hours, doubling the durability of standard control boards. Its internal EEPROM supports up to 100,000 read-write cycles, ensuring long-term data storage stability for frequent parameter adjustments. The module can also be integrated into extended networking setups, supporting up to 6 modules per CPU for scalable distributed I/O and third-party device connectivity.
