Description

The ABB REB670 Busbar Protection Relay is a high-performance digital protection device from the ABB Relion® series, engineered with exceptional application flexibility for power system busbars, T-connected lines, and branch circuits across medium to ultra-high voltage networks. Designed for protection and monitoring, it supports a wide range of bus configurations including single busbars, double busbars (with or without side bus connections), double breaker connections, and half-breaker connections, meeting diverse bus differential protection requirements via its expandable input/output hardware modules. A key feature is its ability to dynamically connect current transformers (CTs) to different bus protection zones, enabling precise, zone-specific monitoring and protection.
