ABB INTKM01 Symphony Time Keeper Master Module
Description
The ABB INTKM01 Symphony Time Keeper Master Module is a core component for time control and management, designed for integration with industrial control systems. As a key part of the ABB Symphony Plus control system, it supports time synchronization and event management by receiving external time signals via IRIG-B time coding, and transmitting clock synchronization signals through an RS-485 interface for distributed Sequence of Events (SOE) systems. Its built-in high-precision timestamp function records time sequences of digital signal transitions, enabling accurate traceability of event order for reliable process tracking. The module supports hardware redundancy configuration, with automatic switchover between primary and standby units in less than 10ms to ensure continuous transmission of critical process data. It is compatible with multiple ABB control systems including Symphony, Harmony, Bailey Infi90, and Bailey Infi90 Open Process, and adapts to protocols like industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, and EtherCAT. With a working temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, IP30 protection rating, 24V DC power input, and power consumption below 5W, it features 2500V optical-electrical isolation, meets EN50170 industrial anti-electromagnetic interference standards, and has lightning, overcurrent, and surge protection for electrical interfaces to withstand harsh industrial environments. It is widely applied in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, and papermaking industries for equipment condition monitoring, fault early warning, process traceability, and closed-loop control with energy efficiency optimization.
