Description

The ABB TK 802F Supply Cable 24 V is a specialized DC power supply cable designed for industrial automation systems, compatible with ABB AC 800F platforms and specifically paired with SA802F/SA812F units. It operates at a nominal 24 V DC input, with an allowable voltage range of 19.2 to 30 V DC. Under 24 V input, it supports maximum currents of 210 mA/360 mA, with a standard power dissipation of 5.1 watts and a maximum of 8.6 watts.

Constructed with 22 AWG tinned copper conductors (0.34 square meters cross-section), the cable features RoHS-compliant PVC insulation and a black PVC outer jacket, with insulation outer diameter of 1.3 +/- 0.10 mm and jacket outer diameter of 5.5 +/- 0.20 mm. It has an IP rating of IP67/IP69K, enabling use in harsh industrial environments, with a maximum rated temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. Electrical performance includes conductor resistance of 60.25 ohms per KM at 20 degrees Celsius and insulation resistance of 2.5 megaohms per KM at 25 degrees Celsius.

The cable assembly measures 119 mm wide, 186 mm high, 135 mm deep, and weighs approximately 2900 grams including its base. It supports 35 mm DIN rail mounting with a slide-and-lock mechanism for fast installation and removal.
