125792-01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module Bently Nevada
Description
TheBently Nevada 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Moduleis an advanced,half-height, two-channel moduleused within the3500 Machinery Protection System. Its primary function is to provide a precisetiming signal, known as theKeyphasor signal, to other monitor modules in the3500 rack. This module accepts input signals fromproximity probesormagnetic pickups. It then converts these signals into adigital Keyphasor signal, which marks when aKeyphasor markon a rotating shaft aligns with the transducer. This once-per-turn or multiple-event-per-turn pulse is critical for: Measuring shaft rotative speed. Determining vector parameterslike1X vibration amplitudeandphase. The original125792-01 PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly)has been replaced by the149369-01module, which enhances signal processing capabilities while maintainingfull backward compatibilityin terms of form, fit, and function. The enhanced version includes: Generation of once-per-turn event signalsfrom multi-event-per-turn inputs. Field-upgradeable firmwarefor future updates. Asset management data reportingto track system health. Designed forindustrial applications, the3500/25 moduleis configured for various I/O options, includingisolatedandnon-isolated versions. It also featurestwo buffered Keyphasor outputslocated at both thefront and backof the rack, enabling easy integration withexternal diagnostic equipment.
