Description

The 1756-PA75 is a standard power supply module from the Allen-Bradley ControlLogix product line, designed to deliver reliable backplane power for ControlLogix chassis modules. It features a wide universal input voltage range of 85-265VAC with a frequency range of 47-63Hz, and supports nominal input voltages of 120VAC / 240VAC. The module provides variable output power based on operating temperature: 75W at 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit), and 140W at 0 to 75 degrees Celsius (32 to 167 degrees Fahrenheit). It offers specific current outputs across multiple DC voltages, including 4A at 3.3VDC, 13A at 5.1VDC, and 2.8A at 24VDC.

This power supply is compatible with a range of ControlLogix chassis, such as the 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, and 1756-A17 series, as well as B and C series chassis. It must be installed in the dedicated leftmost power slot of the ControlLogix chassis. Key protective and performance features include a hold time of 2 cycles at 85VAC, 60Hz during input interruption, and reinforced insulation with a continuous isolation voltage rating of 250V, validated by a 3500VDC test for 60 seconds.
