Description

The 467NHP811-DP is a Profibus interface industrial control device designed for reliable industrial communication. It supports the open PROFIBUS DP serial field bus standard, enabling decentralized connections between sensors, actuators, I/O modules, and control systems, with support for multi-master and multi-slave network configurations. Its communication performance is highly flexible, with a rate range of 9.6 kbit/s to 12 Mbit/s and automatic baud rate adaptation; users can select 12 Mbit/s for short-distance high-speed transmission, or lower to 9.6 kbit/s for long-distance networks, with a maximum transmission distance of 1000 meters using shielded cable at 9.6 kbit/s.

Equipped with 1 PROFIBUS DP standard interface (RS485 physical layer) with a Sub-D 9-pin male connector, it uses shielded twisted pair differential transmission for strong anti-interference capability. The interface includes short-circuit and overvoltage protection, and can withstand ±15kV electrostatic discharge to prevent damage from industrial environment interference or wiring errors.

With compact dimensions of 40mm (width) × 125mm (height) × 120mm (depth) and a net weight of 0.35kg, it features a flame-retardant ABS shell meeting UL 94 V-0 standard, and mounts directly to a standard 35mm DIN rail for dense cabinet layouts. It supports complex logic control, continuous process control, multi-device data interaction, and built-in fault diagnostics storing up to 120 fault and interrupt events, with programming support for LAD, STL, SCL languages via STEP 7.
