Description

The 621-2201R Honeywell Output Module is an industrial control component designed for 230VAC operation, with a broad universal power supply range of AC85-265V, 50/60Hz. It features configurable control output cycles from 0 to 150 seconds, with cycle values adjusted by output type: 0 seconds for 4-20mA signals, 1 second for solid state relays, and 10 seconds for electromechanical relays. The module also offers adjustable dead time from 0 to 1000 seconds, with built-in dead time compensation for precise control.

Equipped with single-pole double-throw relay output contacts rated 3A/240VAC, it supports multiple control applications including motor control, servo electric valve control, and operation of single-phase/three-phase solid state relays and thyristors. It provides flexible voltage outputs, including pulsed voltage, 20VDC/20mA linear output, and signal ranges such as 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, 1-5V, and 2-10V. Additional features include three selectable alarm channels with 17 alarm types, offering strobe, continuous, and timer-delayed alarm modes.
