The 6ES7452-1AH00-0AE0 is an FM452 Electronic Cam Controller Module designed for Siemens S7-400 PLC systems, serving as a cost-effective replacement for mechanical cam controllers. It operates on a rated DC 24V power supply, with a maximum input current of 500mA and typical power loss of 8.1W. The module offers selectable sensor power supplies: 5V with a maximum output current of 300mA and maximum wire length of 32 meters, or 24V with a maximum output current of 300mA and maximum wire length of 100 meters. It features 11 digital inputs with multi-functional capabilities, and 16 digital outputs equipped with cam track short-circuit protection, supporting an output current range of 0 to 600mA at 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
