ABB DSAI 110 Analog Input Board
Description
The ABB DSAI 110 Analog Input Board is an industrial control component designed for precise analog signal acquisition and processing. It features 4 channels of analog input (AI) and 2 channels of analog output (AO), supporting integration with a wide range of industrial sensors and devices including pressure sensors, speed encoders, and temperature transmitters. The AI channels accept 0-10V DC or 4-20mA DC signals with an input impedance of 10k ohms, while the AO channels output 0-10V DC or 4-20mA DC signals with an output impedance of 500 ohms or less, enabling transmission of parameters like motor speed, torque, and current to recorders or PLC systems for real-time monitoring.
Equipped with a 12-bit ADC converter, the board delivers a sampling accuracy of ±0.1% full scale, with a temperature drift of ≤50ppm per degree Celsius across a working range of -10 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. This ensures analog signal acquisition error is ≤±0.5%, meeting the precision control requirements of heavy-duty equipment such as rolling mills, where rolling force control accuracy of ±2% is needed. Additional features include a 1-channel incremental encoder interface (HTL/TTL compatible, max 100kHz) for motor speed feedback and closed-loop control, a 1-channel pulse sequence input interface (0-10kHz) for external frequency setting, and 2 reserved relay output interfaces (250V AC/5A) for high-voltage device control and interlocking.
