ABB IISAC01 Analog Control Station
Description
The ABB IISAC01 Analog Control Station is a high-performance component designed for wide application in industrial automation and process control. As a standalone printed circuit board assembly housed in a panel-mounted plastic enclosure, it features a user interface with panel indicators and membrane switches for intuitive operation and monitoring. Core capabilities include single-loop process control and monitoring, with advanced functions such as additional analog input display with square root option, high-resolution gas plasma bar graph displays, and support for 5 or 40 kHz serial links. Its panel integrates three high-resolution bar graphs to show setpoints, process variables, and control output data, plus an 8-character alphanumeric display for process variable values, alarms, setpoints, operation modes, and error codes. Technical specifications include 24 V DC ±20% input voltage, 24 V DC output voltage, maximum 0.5 A input current, maximum 2 A output current, operating temperature range of -10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius, dimensions of 72 x 144 x 381 mm, and power consumption of 540 mA at 24 VDC. It supports communication interfaces including Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet, and RS485, and can interconnect with compatible control I/O terminal units or modules to link up to eight stations, with bypass capability available for the first station in the chain.
