Description

The ABB PTU810 PDP800 Module Mounting Base is a set of industrial automation components designed for integrated control and data communication. The TU810 mounting base is a passive 16-channel 50V compact Module Termination Unit (MTU) for S800 I/O systems, serving as a connection hub for field wiring and I/O modules. It features mechanical keying with 36 total configurations to prevent incorrect I/O module insertion, a latching device for grounding, and supports single-wire connection for compact I/O module installation, while also transferring output position signals to generate correct I/O module addresses. The PDP800 gateway module is a PROFIBUS DP master station for the ABB Symphony Plus global control system, enabling data exchange and control between the main system and up to 125 PROFIBUS DP slave devices. It supports PROFIBUS DP V0, V1, and V2 protocols, offers a maximum data transfer rate of 12Mbps, uses an industrial-grade design suitable for Ethernet industrial environments, and allows flexible configuration for diverse application needs.
