Allen-Bradley 1747-M13 Flash Eeprom Memory Module
Description
The Allen-Bradley 1747-M13 Flash Eeprom Memory Module is a non-volatile storage component for the SLC 500 product family, designed for industrial automation control systems. It features a 64KB storage capacity, providing sufficient space to store user programs, data tables, and logic control code to meet the needs of medium-scale control tasks. As a flash-based EEPROM module, it offers non-volatile memory, ensuring stored programs and data are retained even when power is lost, and supports repeated erasing and rewriting for easy program updates and modifications. This module is compatible exclusively with SLC 5/03, SLC 5/04, and SLC 5/05 processors with firmware version C or newer, enabling seamless integration and reliable data interaction with compatible control systems. Key technical parameters include a 0.9ms program scan time, 0.225ms I/O scan time, support for up to 30 chassis module slots and 3 I/O chassis, and communication via Ethernet and RS-232. It operates with a 5V DC backplane current of 1A and 24V DC backplane current of 175mA, and is primarily used to store user programs for SLC 500 series PLCs to enable automated control of industrial equipment and production processes.
