Description

The Allen-Bradley 1756-IRT8I ControlLogix 8 Point RTD/Thermocouple Isolated Module is a high-resolution analog I/O module designed for industrial temperature signal acquisition and integration into ControlLogix systems. It features 8 isolated, hot-swappable input channels that support simultaneous connection to multiple sensors, enabling flexible configuration for diverse industrial temperature monitoring needs. The module is compatible with RTD sensors (including PT100, PT1000), thermocouple types (J, K, T, E), and millivolt inputs, with adjustable input ranges: 1 to 500 ohms, 2 to 1000 ohms, 4 to 2000 ohms, 8 to 4000 ohms, and -100 to 100 millivolts. It delivers 24-bit resolution, with counts as precise as 0.06 milliohms for 0 to 510 ohm ranges and 0.01 microvolts for -101 to 101 millivolt ranges, ensuring accurate capture of minor temperature changes.
