The Allen-Bradley 1771-WI Thermocouple Wiring Arm is a dedicated accessory designed for use with the Allen-Bradley 1771-IXE analog input module, enabling tool-free module replacement without disconnecting field wiring. The paired 1771-IXE module features 8 thermocouple and millivolt input channels, supporting thermocouple types E, J, K, T, R, and S, plus a millivolt input range of +/-100mV. Key performance specifications include a 50 millisecond update time for all 8 channels, a backplane current load of 750mA at 5V, 4.25 watts of power consumption, and heat dissipation of 14.5 BTU per hour.
